She has worked with a wide range of industries, across many functional areas, and is highly effective at identifying, attracting and qualifying talent.
Her work has been recognized for reduced search cycle time and a deep commitment to successful outcomes. She recognizes that clients hire a search firm when they really need one. They have usually considered known candidates and consulted personal networks, and by the time they engage a search consultant, their need is urgent. The average life expectancy for sourcing top-tier, senior level candidates is 90 days. Leslie has been known to identify the candidate universe in 15 days, provide a list of at least three candidates in 30 days, and have generally identified the lead candidate in 50 days. Her rigorous approach has been highly effective – creating client and team satisfaction.
