Chears & Associates originally began in 1980 when Victor Chears began performing needs analyses and demographic studies for nonprofits in New Haven Connecticut. After a few years he decided to gain additional skills and insights through other employment options. In 1986 he reconstituted the brand in Chicago Illinois, where CA remains having built a national reputation for outstanding consulting services.
